Personal data — information relating to the User that allows them to be identified.

Operator — «DUBLYAJ AI», which processes the data.

Processing — collecting, storing, using, transferring, modifying and deleting data.

Account data: Telegram ID, first name, last name, username, interface language.

Contact data: phone number (if provided by the User).

Payment data: handled through payment systems; full card details are not stored on the Operator’s server.

Content: video/audio files submitted by the User and the text derived from them (transcript, translation, subtitles).

Technical data: usage statistics and log records.

Providing the service — video translation, dubbing, speech-to-text and subtitle generation.

Managing the account and processing payments.

Improving service quality and providing technical support.

Sending the User service-related messages and notifications.

To provide the service, content and the necessary data may be transferred to third-party services: artificial-intelligence providers (e.g. ElevenLabs, Google) and payment systems (Payme, Click, ATMOS, Telegram).

These parties use the data solely to provide the relevant service.

The Operator does not sell the User’s data to third parties for advertising or other purposes.

Data is stored on protected servers; measures are taken to guard against unauthorized access, alteration and loss.

Video files and results are kept for the period necessary to provide the service and may be deleted afterwards.

The User has the right to request access to their data and its correction.

The User may request deletion of their data (by deleting their account).

The User may withdraw this consent at any time.

The User may withdraw consent by blocking the bot or deleting their account; in that case the service is discontinued.

The Operator may unilaterally amend this Policy; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.
